Why We Built This Site
Public access is useful only after the correct custodian is known. Coosa County's Circuit Clerk maintains Circuit and District case action summaries, while the Probate Judge keeps probate files. Alabama provides paid remote trial-court access, and the clerk supplies free in-office viewing. The site's purpose is to connect those parts with accurate court descriptions, case-number guidance, official contacts, and copy-request steps.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket types: local criminal and civil divisions and what each case action summary can show
- Dates and settings: ways to find a setting and verify the newest notice with the court
- Search routes: paid statewide tools, free Rockford viewing, and clerk fallbacks
- Record copies: how to identify a filing and ask the proper custodian for plain or certified form
What We Cannot Do
The site is privately operated and has no affiliation with an Alabama court, clerk, or agency. Those limits mean it cannot perform official court work:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Outside providers power search boxes displayed on some content pages. They operate their own services, choose their prices, and control their results. A paid signup may produce a referral fee for this site. The provider's terms and privacy policy govern any query submitted through its tool.
